Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 August 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Silverfjord website. The website is operated by: SILVERFJORD ASOrganisation number: 936 301 150Glassbegerveien 1534032 StavangerNorway Email: karoline@silverfjord.net By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the website.
2. Purpose of the website
The website provides information about Silverfjord, the artists we represent, our services, scheduled performances, recordings and related professional activities. Website content is provided for general information and promotional purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer, guarantee of availability or professional advice.
3. Enquiries, bookings and services
Sending an enquiry through an email address displayed on the website does not create a contract, confirm an artist booking or guarantee that Silverfjord will provide any service. Bookings, representation, consultancy work and other professional services are subject to availability, written confirmation and separate contractual terms agreed between the relevant parties. If there is any conflict between these website terms and a separately signed agreement, the separately signed agreement will take precedence in relation to the services covered by that agreement.
4. Event information
We aim to keep concert dates, venues, programmes and ticket information accurate and current. However, performances may be changed, postponed or cancelled by artists, promoters, venues or other parties outside Silverfjord’s control. Visitors should confirm final event details and ticket conditions with the relevant promoter, organiser, venue or ticket provider before making travel arrangements or purchases. Silverfjord is not the ticket seller unless expressly stated otherwise. Ticket purchases made through an external provider are governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including text, design, layout, Silverfjord branding and other materials created for the website—are owned by or licensed to SILVERFJORD AS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Artist photographs, recordings, videos, quotations, album artwork, logos and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or under an applicable licence. You may view the website for personal or legitimate professional purposes. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission from Silverfjord or the relevant rights holder. Nothing on the website grants permission to use an artist’s name, image, likeness, biography, music, recording or other protected material. Press materials that are expressly made available for download may be used only for legitimate editorial or promotional purposes relating to the relevant artist and must retain any supplied credits. Additional conditions included with a press kit must be followed.
6. Acceptable use
You must not: use the website unlawfully or fraudulently; interfere with the website’s operation or security; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or related systems; introduce malicious code or harmful technology; scrape, harvest or systematically extract website content or contact details without permission; impersonate Silverfjord, an artist or another person; or use website content in a misleading, defamatory or unauthorised commercial context.
7. External links and embedded content
The website may contain links to or embedded content from third parties, including promoters, venues, ticket providers, artist websites, YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify and social-media services. These services are controlled by their respective providers. Silverfjord does not endorse or guarantee all external content and is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, privacy practices or terms of third-party websites or services. Your use of an external service is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.
8. Accuracy and availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. Nevertheless, website content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. We may update, remove or change website content at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure or free from technical errors.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, Silverfjord is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from: reliance on general information published on the website; changes to performances, programmes, venues or ticket availability; third-party websites, services or embedded content; temporary website unavailability or technical problems; or unauthorised use of the website by another person. These limitations do not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
10. Privacy
Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms & Conditions and should be made available through the website footer.
11. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable law. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute relating to the website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
