Originally trained as a classical saxophonist, Karoline understands both the artistic and strategic sides of building a successful career. Having experienced the music industry from both the stage and behind the scenes, she has developed a deep understanding of the many perspectives that shape an artist’s journey. Today, she works closely with artists as a strategic partner and artistic architect, helping them shape long-term visions, uncover meaningful opportunities, and build careers designed to endure.

His work is guided by the belief that authentic storytelling is one of the most powerful ways to build meaningful connections with audiences.

At Silverfjord, Tor-Arne works closely with artists to uncover the stories they want to tell and translate them into clear, compelling, and authentic brands. A natural problem solver with a calm and collaborative approach, he believes no two artists—and no two stories—are ever the same. Originally trained as a clarinettist, she has performed with leading ensembles in Norway while also working as a music educator, conductor, and arts administrator. Her varied background has given her a strong appreciation for the people, organisation, and collaboration that allow artistic projects to flourish.

At Silverfjord, Benedikte supports artists and the team through thoughtful coordination, clear communication, and genuine care. Known for her warm, dependable approach, Benedikte believes that meaningful relationships are at the heart of every successful collaboration.
